Job Summary:
This is a varied role within a highly effective team and will be responsible for all administrative and data entry requirements including product data, operations data and marketing content maintenance through the product lifecycle process. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and maintaining information relating to product, pricing and marketing content and business processes within each of these areas. Knowledge and practical application of Excel and PowerPoint are essential for this role. This role would fit someone with strong administrative skills, knowledge of using ERP systems such as SAP in the area of data management will be critical.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain all product, pricing & marketing master data and content in the EMEA ERP systems & content syndication feeds in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate the setup of all Kensington new product data across the German & UK Data, Finance and supply chain teams ensuring products are always set up on time.
- Set-up local marketing content and ensure all content is visible and pulling through to the required files and systems.
- Adding product and marketing content on an excel file and ensure all content is correct and updated monthly for use by the wider business.
- Be the point of contact for information flowing from Kensington to all Acco teams on the availability of the latest marketing assets at product launch & provide updates on content availability on an ad hoc basis.
- Check & correct all the packaging and sustainability / regulatory data that is delivered by the Kensington global team and maintain this data on SAP for the wider business to access.
- Ship products samples on behalf of all Kensington teams to new business prospects, for technical support and PR Purposes.
- Support the marketing team with the localisation of content across the EMEA regions.
- Upload and share data with content syndication sites such as IceCat and CNET ensuring our channel partners always have up to date content.
- Responsibility for all enquiries coming through via Kensington.com and send over to the appropriate sales manager to action.
- Maintain and distribute information relating to product updates and product communications, marketing campaign and assets to the sales and marketing teams across the business.
- Take ownership of the data and content within the Kensington EMEA Master price file, always checking and ensuring that the data in the file is accurate and up-to date on a monthly basis.
- Maintain product data including pricing and costs within SalesForce.
Qualifications:
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel & Word
- Strong grasp of the English language & English grammar
- Self-starter with professional, results driven attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision & interaction
- A good communicator, able to work with all functions and levels of the organisation.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Foreign language – English is required, any other European language is beneficial
- Ability to organise, manage time & work on multiple projects in fast paced environment
