Job Summary

ACCO Brands is seeking an Reward & HRIS Analyst to join our team in the UK. This role will provide support for EMEA compensation and benefits administration, accuracy and reporting integrity of employee data and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). 

Responsibilities

 

  • Support compensation and benefits processes, including participating in salary/reward market surveys, conducting job evaluations, maintaining job grades and pay structures, and supporting annual salary, short- and long-term incentive program planning, and benefit programs.
  • Support the rollout of employee reward programs, including communication materials, summary guides and training and/or change management materials. Monitor their effectiveness.
  • Research and gather benchmark data, review, analyze, and provide recommendations to HR partners as requested. Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reporting integrity.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, expansion, and ongoing audit of EMEA employee data. Act as the first point of contact for EMEA reporting queries, with support from local HRBPs. Support a variety of reports and queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools, both on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Assist with projects that require the analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support for the HRIS.
  • Support the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades. Research and resolve HRIS issues, unexpected results or process flaws and perform scheduled activities.
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of reward policies, procedure guidelines and business process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with various regulatory bodies and process rewards vendor invoices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or local equivalent work experience)
  • Ability to understand data, processes, and procedures in a changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand, interpret, and summarize data in order to identify patterns.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working within short time frames.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as willingness to teach end users.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support HRIS and proficiency in using MS systems (including Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLook Ups, Formulas and Conditional Formatting) PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Demonstrate high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and credibility.
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
