Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Planning of stock of the materials in the scope of needs of the budget and implementation of this plan;
- Setting the quantity and size of kanbans (units of materials) in circulation between suppliers and the production based on available information and updating the process;
- Long-term planning (in cooperation with the production planner) of material and inventory in order to meet the forecasted demand;
- Short-term planning of material deliveries at the department in accordance with the set budget targets for the department;
- Cooperation with external companies, suppliers and other internal ACCO departments;
- Preparation of reports required for the proper management of the department and control of the implementation of the plans.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of English (min. B1);
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel);
- Attentive and hard-working;
- Ability to work in a team and communicative person.
