Job Summary

The Sr. Analyst, International Tax is responsible for preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual international tax provisions while providing ASC 740 support for the non-U.S. entities. In working with various cross-functional departments, they support tax planning projects and the execution of financial and operational business objectives. They prepare and assist with the Company’s global transfer pricing calculations and policies and various international items including, but not limited to, GILTI, FDII, subpart F, BEAT, cost allocations, business interest expense limitations, and foreign tax credit optimization for purposes of financial statement reporting, tax compliance, and tax modeling/forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review tax financial statement reporting under FIN 18 and ASC 740 including, but not limited to, effective tax rate reconciliations, deferred tax calculations, discrete items, certain reserves, valuation allowances, disclosures, and any other U.S. inclusions of foreign items
  • Assist with the preparation of GILTI, FDII, subpart F, BEAT, cost allocations, business interest expense limitations, foreign tax credit optimization, among other items
  • Prepare the international compliance included in the U.S. income tax return (Forms 5471, 8858, Form 1118, etc.)
  • Review transfer pricing calculations and policies
  • Assist with cash income tax forecasts, effective tax rate modeling, and support tax planning initiatives
  • Assess global tax legislative updates and the impacts to the Company while assisting with tax implications of various business transactions
  • Identify and implement process improvements which improves the efficiencies of various tax work streams

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree with MST and/or CPA strongly preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in tax required with 3+ years’ experience in international tax required
  • ASC 740 experience required
  • OneSource tax provision software experience is a plus
  • Corptax tax compliance software experience is preferred
  • Strong Excel background with modeling and forecasting experience
  • Excellent decision-making skills, and a proactive problem solver, with solid troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while navigating changes effectively and efficiently
  • Results oriented with strong multi-tasking skills for driving both daily results and establishing long term plans/goals
  • Excellent written and communication skills

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000
