Job Summary

A Senior Analyst, Sales Operations plays a crucial role by aligning strategic planning, providing valuable analysis, and ensuring effective execution for Kensington. In this role, the Senior Analyst, Operations will aim to optimize sales operations, enhance performance, and identify and facilitate business growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  •   Strategic Planning Analysis and Support
    • Develop, manage, and implement business planning tools and processes that assist in identifying and aligning organizational resources with our overall business goals and objectives.
  • Data Analysis
    • Analyze market trends, financial data, business performance, and sales data to forecast trends and develop actionable plans and recommendations. Identify new opportunities and facilitate informed decision-making using data-based insights.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with regional product management, sales, marketing, finance, global sourcing, North America supply chain, and other departments to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Track sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and drive initiatives to enhance sales processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Risk Management
    • Assess potential risks in sales and business operations and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communication
    • Facilitate effective communication within the regional and global teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years in sales operations, business operations, or a related role
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
  • Solid experience in working with various departments to align strategies and objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate collaboration and reporting.
  • Familiarity with salesforce, data analysis tools, and other relevant software.
  • Strong skills in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.

 

Salary Range: $84,630 - $96,000
