Job Summary
ACCO Brands is seeking a skilled Sales Analyst, Walmart for our Mississauga location. The Sales Analyst will provide valuable support in an effort to exceed budgeted sales for one of our key customers, Walmart, while at the same time managing inventory levels both internally and for the customer. This role is critical in providing recommendations to help identify sales opportunities and risks and win with the customer!

Responsibilities
- Using proprietary software, Retail Link and Item 360, manage and analyze data to support business decisions and strategies.
- Interpret data and translate it into actionable insights; share sales results and trends both internally and externally; and help manage the flow of merchandise, all in an effort to have the right product at the right stores at the right time.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track customers KPIs and provide insights to management.
- Work with internal Demand Planning and Customer Service teams along with Walmart’s Replenishment team to ensure the flow of product is managed to the highest possible service levels.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues within the Retail Link system.
- Become an indispensable resource for the customer by working in close proximity during critical sales periods with their inventory management teams.
- Perform ad-hoc problem solving by identifying root causes and engaging key stakeholders (both internal and external) to create a win-win solution.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and analysis for senior management.
- Own fill-rate, in-stock and other key customer KPIs.
Qualifications
- Post Secondary Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a Sales Analyst role, with a preference for experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of Retail Link.
- SAP experience is beneficial but not required.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience managing large, SKU intensive categories/seasonal business.
- Adept at providing data analysis and insights that enable decision making by the business.
- Ability to quickly establish relationships and creditability with both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates initiative and out-of-the box thinking.
- Strong results orientation – ability to overcome obstacles to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong drive and sense of urgency: ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
