Job Summary
In compliance with the company's policies and procedures, and with safety regulations:
- Coordinates the Tools Customer Service teams, relaying and/or supporting the CS Tools Manager, as well as providing technical support to CS assistants and sales representatives.
- Takes charge of and ensures the follow-up of customers and their projects, from order processing to invoicing, as well as any related requests and complaints
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Supports the CS Tools Manager in coordinating CS Rapid teams
Provides technical assistance to CS Rapid clerks or sales teams
Manages and supervises customer master data base
Prepares and registers price lists in SAP
Enter and monitor orders
Handles customer requests and complaints
Implements contracts
Communicates on the company's products and services
Participates in the company's annual inventory
Qualifications
First experience in similar position or in Customer Service position
Proficiency in office automation tools, in particular SAP and Office 365 (Outlook, Excel Advanced level)
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English+ one additional foreign language (German, Spanish or Dutch), with a good level of oral and written expression
Participates in the choice of solutions and/or technical resources in conjunction with the CS Tools Manager
Provides technical assistance to the team in the event of bottlenecks
Helps configure technical resources (e.g. IT tests, EDI settings, etc.)
Handles technical issues in coordination with support services
Ability to identify non-conformities or discrepancies
Analyzes malfunctions and non-conformities
Can integrate methods and be a driving force in problem-solving, and take preventive or corrective action (within the limits of his/her field of action)
Is able to work independently and as part of a team, and is accountable for his/her activity
Organizes and promotes the development/transfer of knowledge and know-how within the Rapid CS teams
Develops individual and collective skills, in particular through training and tutoring
Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills, and knows how to adapt his/her behavior to different interlocutors (colleagues, hierarchical superiors, related departments).
